Inside My Mind was the launch campaign for the 2019 ITTF World Table Tennis Championships.
Conceived as a narrative-led marketing campaign, the project explored what happens mentally in the split second when elite players execute their signature shots.
Conceived as a narrative-led marketing campaign, the project explored what happens mentally in the split second when elite players execute their signature shots.
To visualise these moments, the campaign was filmed using high-speed cinematography, capturing movement at up to 2,500 frames per second.
Developed in collaboration with the video agency Frame Fresh, the campaign consists of seven episodes featuring leading international players and Olympic Champions. Each video was built around a custom-composed music track, tailored to the athlete and the specific shot being portrayed.
The campaign was nominated for Best Sports Promotional Programme of the Year (2019).
