TT Smash City started as an idea. The founders - professional players themselves - had a clear vision of creating a modern table tennis learning platform, but no concrete structure, content, or product in place. I was brought in to help translate that vision into a functioning platform - shaping the idea, building the product, creating the content, and supporting the launch from start to finish.
Concept Development
From the earliest stages, my role was to help define what TT Smash City actually needed to be. Together with the founders, I shaped the overall content and learning strategy, determining how knowledge should be structured, delivered, and positioned.
In parallel, I handled all video production - filming the masterclasses, developing the visual language, and ensuring that the content supported both the educational goals and the long-term vision of the platform. This phase combined strategic consulting with hands-on execution, aligning concept, content, and product direction from day one.
Platform & Product Design
Beyond content, I built the foundation of the actual learning platform. This included designing the UX and UI structure, defining how users move through courses, and shaping the overall learning experience.
I developed the course architecture, structured the supporting content around each masterclass, and built the platform so that it functioned as a scalable product rather than a simple video library.
The goal was to ensure that strategy, usability, and content worked together as a single system.
Content Creation & Production
All content for TT Smash City was produced end-to-end by me, from filming through post-production. I handled videography, editing, and animation, ensuring visual consistency across the platform while adapting the content for both educational use and marketing. Every asset was developed in direct connection with the platform’s structure, allowing content and product to evolve together rather than separately.
Launch & Go-To-Market
Once the platform was in place, I supported the transition from build to launch. This included developing the launch strategy, advising on product positioning, and shaping how TT Smash City would be introduced to its audience. Alongside strategic consulting, I produced launch content and supported the founders on marketing decisions, helping bridge the gap between product, communication, and rollout.
